Ricardo chose vfp sound studio for recording choirs and lead vocal for his next release “Manos”.

Born on the banks of the Rio de la Plata River, Ricardo left Uruguay at the dark hours of the dictatorship…taking with him the mixed sounds and rhythms of candombe and carnival, the melodies of boleros, the jazz and the rock music from the 60s and the 70s, along with a drop of melancholia, rebelliousness and social activism…all of this continues to shape his worldview and his musical identity.

Since then, his travels and musical discoveries have continued to enrich the horizons of his rhythms and melodies: Caribbean rhythms, pop and select voices mingle with the influences already richly infused in his compositions and interpretations. Words are not left aside: demanding, engaged, the lyrics tell the stories of artist’s loneliness and concern for the world, with a poetry that allows space for the sensuality of creative pleasure.
